Buyers Agreement |

As a bidder or buyer on Dealer 2 Dealer Network’s website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- You are a licensed dealer and/or wholesaler
- You agree to pay the winning buyers fee as described in the Fee Agreement on dealer2dealernetwork.com
- You agree to contact the Sellers within 3 hours of auction ending
- You agree (unless otherwise agreed upon with the sellers) to complete the transaction and make prompt payment within 3 business days of auction ending
Participant understands and agrees that it may not retract any bids to purchase a vehicle without Dealer 2 Dealer Network’s express written permission. The submission of a bid for a vehicle by (or on behalf of) Participant automatically becomes a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle from the seller at the price and on the terms bid by (or on behalf of) Participant.
By clicking the "I agree" on the terms and conditions and the buyers and sellers agreement and the "Bid" or "Buy Now" button, you, on behalf of Participant, are agreeing to all of the policies, terms and conditions of such Purchase Terms and agree that each Dealer 2 Dealer Network sale transaction Participant engages in will be governed by such terms and conditions. The Purchase Terms will be enforceable against Participant like any written negotiated agreement signed by Participant. If Participant does not agree to the Purchase Terms, do not click the "I Agree" checkbox.
Participant represents and warrants that it has all rights necessary to purchase the vehicles for which it submits bids within the Dealer 2 Dealer Network marketplace, and that these purchases will not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation. Participant will indemnify and hold Dealer 2 Dealer Network and its employees, and its licensees and their affiliated entities, and their employees, harmless against any and all expenses and losses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by them in connection with any breach or alleged breach of any of the foregoing representations and/or warranties.
If there is a dispute between the buyer and seller, please follow the ARBITRATION AGREEMENT policy.
Please note that bidding on and not following through with an auction, not paying for, not contacting the sellers will cause your companies ratings to fall (see the RATING POLICY) and may lead to loosing your ability to use dealer2dealernetwork.com.
